The Community Players of Greene County are holding open auditions for a spr9ing production of “Sylvia” Sunday, Jan. 19, and Monday, Jan. 20, at 7 pm at the Greene County High School auditorium. Auditions will consist of readings from the script. Director Josh Tuel is looking for four to six actors who are age 18 or older.
“Silvia”, by A.R. Gurney, is the story of Greg and Kate, a couple stuck in the doldrums of day-to-day life. Greg decides to change things up by bringing home a stray dog without his wife’s approval.
Rehearsals will probably be Wednesday and Sunday evenings at 7 pm ant Saturdays at 9 am. Performances are April 4-5.
